AD Get Property

Activity Description​

Queries the Active Directory for a specific property value in a selected user/ computer account.

Output​

The selected property's value.

Settings​

  • Account Type – The account's type (user/computer).
  • Account Name – The account name (e.g., John).
  • Host Name – The name or IP address of the Active Directory's server.
  • User Name – If required, the user name of an account that has read-write access to the Active Directory.
  • Password – If required, the password of the account listed in the User Name field.
  • Property Name – The queried property (e.g., Employee ID).

    The list of properties in this field is not discovered automatically; it is preset with default values. To use a property that does not exist in the list, type in the actual name of the property as it exists in Active Directory (not the display name).
